Renter Responsibilities Full Liability : The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violation that occurs during the rental period. Notification : Renters must notify www.riderentals.co immediately if they are issued a traffic citation or stopped for a violation. Payment of Fines : All traffic violation fines, penalties, or legal fees incurred during the rental period must be paid by the renter.
