4. Can I rent a car for one day?
Yes, but note that a Ksh 1,500 convenience surcharge may apply. We also recommend self pick-up/drop-off for 1-day bookings.
5. How much does it cost to rent a car?
Pricing depends on the type of car, duration, and location. We offer transparent rates with no hidden fees. Chauffeured cars and long-term rentals may have discounted rates.
6. Why do prices seem higher than booking directly?
We match owner rates while offering added support, car verification, customer service, and refund assurance—services not provided by individual brokers or direct contacts.
7. Is fuel included in the rental fee?
No. All cars are rented on a self-fuel basis. You are expected to return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup.
8. What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need:

- A valid driver’s license (for self-drive)
- A completed booking form and payment confirmation
9. Is a deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required for most self-drive rentals. This is refundable upon safe return of the car in its original condition.

Payments are made directly to your account after each completed booking, less a small platform service fee.
